David Griner has a nice presentation explaining Twitter. Take a look and see if you would like to use Twitter now… If not you will at least better understand it.
Ah and the last slide asks: “So what’s next for Twitter?”
- A revenue plan would be nice
- Continued mainstreaming
- Lots more celebs, journalists and CEOs
- Become a standard customer service
- Keep crashing a lot
I would add: Google buys them if not Microsoft is faster.
