Great online banner ad from HP

I just saw this online ad on the German IT news portal Heise.de. They combine all elements of the “AIDA” (attention, interest, desire, action) principle in just one simple online ad. Very impressive work!
A - the big flash color animation gets your attention
I - The text (What color is your business?) gets you interested and makes you think
D - Once you picked your color you ask yourself what they have to say about your choice
A - That desire is relieved by clicking on the ad banner which leads you to their site…
